2025 H1 Suzhou Kaizen Awarding Ceremony

Cicor Suzhou held the 2025 1st Half Year Kaizen Awarding Ceremony on 27th August. All the participants received gifts to recognize their great contributions.

In the first half year of 2025, totally 155 Kaizen suggestions were received and 135 of them have been successfully implemented. Zhang Hongquan from molding department was awarded “Kaizen Expert" for his outstanding Kaizen achievements. HR department won the ‘Excellent Kaizen Team’ for the highest KPI completion rate.

Kaizen is to do every small thing best which is also the greatest driving force to us.
