Team Building Day

Our production leadership team recently stepped away from their daily responsibilities to take part in a team building day at a local outdoor activity centre. The event focused on building trust, collaboration, and resilience.

Working in teams, participants took on fun and challenging tasks, such as transferring water across a slip-and-slide course and pitching a tent while blindfolded. These activities were designed to strengthen communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.

The day ended with a well-earned barbecue, providing a relaxed setting in which to reflect on shared experiences and foster connections within the team.

Charity bake sale

We enjoyed a wonderful selection of homemade treats and proudly raised nearly £400 in support of the Bedford Hospital Primrose Unit.
