Cicor at DSEI 2025

STS exhibited at DSEI UK for the first time as part of a joint showcase with Cicor, Axis Electronics and MADES highlighting the combined aerospace and defence capabilities of Cicor’s European sites.

We showcased 2.5-metre models of our Type 26 Polemasts (1/8 of the real thing), demonstrated how our water-cooled enclosures work, and featured a 60” screen presenting our capabilities. The event also included the company hosting an exclusive networking soirée on the Wednesday afternoon, where VIP guests were treated to a variety of refreshments.

The stand highlighted our combined capabilities in delivering through-life support across the defence sector, with a focus on surface, sub-surface, and air platforms.

• Our manufacturing capability, which provided customers with a resilient supply chain across three FSC sites – integrating, fabricating, assembling, and testing consoles, cabinets, box builds, PCBAs, and cable harnesses for mission-critical systems
• Our expert approach to sustaining communications and electronic warfare equipment/systems, in accordance with MoD Integrated Logistics Support requirements

Exhibit displays included one of our key contributions to the Royal Navy’s new Type 26 frigate: scale replicas of our twin 17-metre-tall configurable communications masts, specially engineered to support a wide range of antennas – from LTE to satellite communications.

Also featured were our advanced water-cooled enclosures, designed for housing power-intensive IT equipment below deck, and delivering efficient thermal management while preventing heat from escaping into surrounding areas.
