Dear Colleagues

The first, Group-wide, Employee Engagement Pulse Survey was held across 20 Cicor sites in September.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all those who participated in the survey; your feedback is important to us, and we greatly appreciate the time you took to respond.

The survey included 20 statements across five ‘themes’ reflecting areas we felt were priorities for 2025 where we wanted to ask for your feedback.

The response from colleagues across all locations who participated has demonstrated surveys are an invaluable source of information at Group and site level; we plan to hold the survey again in Q2 2027.

Results for each site have now been shared with HR Leaders to communicate to their MDs and site management teams. You will be invited to join a communication where results will be shared with you in October.

You may be interested to know a few facts about participation; we thought we would share these with you in CLOSE to demonstrate your feedback is important to us, we are listening and will respond.
