Suzhou Launched Cross Functional Training in Q2

To align to Cicor Academy and Cicor People Strategy, Cicor Suzhou launched cross functional training program in Q2. It provides a new learning platform to local employees and offers more communication opportunities to different functions and positions.

The first training course was conducted in May, delivered by Xiaomin Yao, Assembly Supervisor. Employees from Moulding, Tooling, Quality and Project departments participated the training. The course covered basic knowledge of laser marking machines, including working principles, process standards and troubleshooting tips of different types of laser marking machines. Closely linked to on-site work, the training was highly practical and targeted.

In Q3 and Q4, more training courses across production, quality, project management and information knowledge will be provided to improve inter-departmental communication and experience sharing, as well as to enhance team collaboration and personal development.

Team Cicor Suzhou at the Wings for Life World Run

On May 10, 2026, at Huqiu Wetland Park, 15 Suzhou colleagues joined Team Cicor at the Wings for Life World Run.

Huqiu Wetland Park features a 6-kilometre smart track, fitted with AI recognition poles, interactive smart screens and multi-functional fitness testing pillars. Without wearable devices, the runners experienced automatically recording running distance, pace, calories and other data, as well as real-time rankings and social sharing.

However, the 6-kilometre race was more than ordinary exercise to the runners - it was a relay of love. Every step the runners took helped create more possibilities for finding a cure for spinal cord injury. Most importantly, the event brought together people and teams across the Cicor Group for a good cause.
