Last summer, we recruited an IT trainee who quickly proved to be a valuable support. He developed a customised training tool that is now being used successfully.
The tool provides a clear overview of all training activities in the departments and makes it easier to organise and plan training measures. It saves time and ensures more efficient training administration.
We are proud of this internal development and pleased with the improvement of our training processes.

We are starting the 2024/25 season with a special promotion: a gondola lift is travelling from Wangs to the Pizol – and is carrying an eye-catching advertisement to attract employees. This advertising campaign is original and hopefully also effective:
The cable cars are used by numerous people every day, who are thus made directly aware of our vacancies. The combination of breathtaking mountain scenery and career-enhancing prospects creates a unique opportunity to attract potential employees.
So we donʼt just use the season for leisure activities, but also for our exciting job offers!

We are setting another example of a family-friendly corporate culture: we have set up a nursing room in our office building. The office of the managing director can now be used as a separate room by breastfeeding or expressing mothers, by prior arrangement. With this practical solution, we want to make our employeesʼ daily work easier and further promote the reconciliation of family and career.
The breastfeeding room offers a calm, undisturbed atmosphere and is therefore the perfect place for mothers who want to take time out during work to look after their child.
