Employee Engagement Pulse Survey 2025

”Creating Together” as a Global HR Community

Dear Colleagues,

In previous editions of CLOSE we shared updates on the Group-wide, Employee Engagement Pulse Survey launched in September 2025.  The survey was also launched in March, to new sites who joined the Cicor Group in 2025, to provide opportunity for everybody to participate.

We promised to keep you updated; here is the latest!

You can see participation below, an incredible response rate of 70% across 28 entities.

Thank you for your participation, with action plans at Group and entity-level now in place.

The survey results focus on five themes (shared in the last edition of CLOSE), aligned to the 2028 Cicor Strategy and People Strategy, providing valuable insights into views of colleagues globally across Cicor. The Cicor People Strategy is a priority for HR leaders and leadership teams across all entities with focus to create a:

Culture of equity, fairness and respect, supporting personal growth and trusting relationships, with a strong people management culture.

Creating an environment which makes Cicor an Employer of Choice (EOC) globally.

Employer of Choice (EOC)

What does it mean?

An “employer of choice” is a company that people want to work for because it offers a positive work environment and attractive benefits. An EOC employer typically stands out because of things like good workplace culture (respect, inclusion, support), career growth opportunities (training, promotions), fair pay and benefits, work-life balance, strong leadership and management and job security and recognition.

In 2025, as part of our aspiration to be an Employer of Choice, we identified nine areas of focus with development work continually in progress. The initiatives from this work, which you may see at Group level or locally at your site, incorporate the survey feedback received. Thank you!

We have created a survey action plan from the Cicor Group results which is continuously reviewed to ensure actions are implemented and progress is made. The survey will help us to understand how, as an EOC employer, we are perceived by the most important people who can give us feedback... you!

In September 2027, we will launch the survey again to continue to seek feedback but also to compare the results internally and externally against EOC employer benchmarks. Every contribution helps us to continue to improve, and build plans, to further enhance the experience we all have working for the Cicor Group. There is always room for improvement!
